Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lash Software LLC (“Lash”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use lash.tradeand related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide — e.g., an email address or message if you contact us, support, or sign up for communications.
- Wallet and on-chain data — public wallet addresses you connect and the associated public blockchain activity (transactions, positions, balances). This data is public by nature.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, approximate location (for compliance/geo-restriction), browser/device type, and interactions with the Interface, collected via cookies and similar technologies and analytics tools.
- Third-party data — information from providers we integrate with (e.g., wallet, analytics, and fiat on-/off-ramp providers). Identity-verification (KYC) for fiat ramps is performed by those providers under their own policies; we do not collect or store their KYC documents.
2. How we use information
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to secure the Services and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- to comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening and applicable geo-restrictions;
- to understand usage through analytics;
- to communicate with you, including service and support messages.
3. Blockchain data is public and permanent
Transactions you submit are recorded on public blockchains that we do not control. Such data is public, permanent, and outside our ability to alter or delete. Anyone can associate a wallet address with its on-chain history.
4. How we share information
- Service providers — vendors that help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, wallet infrastructure, analytics, fiat ramp partners), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and compliance — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or comply with sanctions/AML obligations.
- Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Interface, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as compliance, dispute resolution, and security). Public on-chain data persists independently of us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because the Services are non-custodial, protecting your wallet and keys is your responsibility.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. We take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@lash.trade. Note that we cannot alter or delete public blockchain data.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted; we will update the “Last updated” date above.
