Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lash.tradeand related applications, interfaces, and tools (collectively, the “Interface” or “Services”) operated by Lash Software LLC (“Lash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Lash is (and is not)
Lash is a non-custodial software interface that helps you view markets and route your own orders to third-party, blockchain-based prediction-market protocols (including Polymarket). Lash is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, money-services business, or counterparty to any transaction, and does not hold or control your funds.
All trades you initiate are executed by independent smart-contract protocols and settle on public blockchains that we do not own or control. We do not guarantee that any order will be routed, matched, executed, or settled.
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are not a Restricted Person and are not located in, or accessing the Services from, a Restricted Jurisdiction (see our Restricted Jurisdictions policy).
- You are not subject to economic sanctions and are not listed on any prohibited-persons list (e.g., OFAC SDN).
- Your use of the Services is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining this.
3. Non-custodial; your wallet and keys
The Services are non-custodial. We never take custody or control of your assets or your private keys. Your assets remain in self-custodial wallets that you control, including wallets provisioned through third-party embedded-wallet providers. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, credentials, and recovery methods. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions, and we cannot restore lost access to your wallet.
4. The Services
The Interface may let you, among other things:
- browse markets, prices, charts, holders, and other analytics;
- construct and submit your own orders to third-party protocols;
- configure optional automation (including copy-trading and auto-redemption) that acts only on standing instructions you set;
- view your on-chain positions, balances, and activity.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
5. Copy-trading and automation
If you enable copy-trading or any automated feature, you authorize the Interface to submit orders that mirror your configured parameters until you disable the feature. You remain fully responsible for all resulting transactions. Automated strategies carry additional risks, including latency, slippage, and replication error. Past performance is not indicative of future results.Nothing about another trader’s activity is a recommendation. See our Risk Disclosure.
6. Prediction-market and derivative contracts
The instruments accessible through third-party protocols are speculative event-based contracts that may be characterized as derivatives or event contracts in certain jurisdictions and may be subject to regulation. They are high-risk and can expire worthless. You are solely responsible for ensuring that trading such instruments is lawful for you, and for any tax or reporting obligations that arise.
7. No financial, legal, or tax advice
The Services and all content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not your broker, agent, or fiduciary. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified advisers.
8. Fees and referral program
Your use of the Services and of the underlying protocols may be subject to interface fees, protocol/builder fees, network (gas) fees, and third-party provider fees. By using the Services you authorize the collection of applicable fees. We may operate a referral or rewards program under which you may earn rewards based on referred activity; program terms, rates, and eligibility may change or end at any time, rewards have no cash guarantee, and the program is not an investment or security.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on and link to third parties we do not control, including blockchain protocols (e.g., Polymarket), wallet providers, fiat on-/off-ramp providers (e.g., MoonPay), and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for them.
10. Prohibited conduct
- using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction or circumventing geo-blocking or other access controls (e.g., via VPN or misrepresentation);
- market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, or money laundering;
- infringing intellectual-property or third-party rights;
- interfering with, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attacking the Services or their infrastructure.
11. Compliance, sanctions, and AML
We are committed to complying with applicable anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws. We may screen wallet addresses and activity, and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access (including via geo-blocking and address screening) where we believe it is necessary to comply with law or to mitigate risk. You represent that you are not sanctioned and that you will not use the Services to facilitate illegal activity.
12. Intellectual property; license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Interface for its intended purpose. All trademarks, logos, and content of the Interface are owned by us or our licensors. No other rights are granted.
13. Disclaimers
