Restricted Jurisdictions

The Services are not available to persons who are residents of, located in, or accessing from:

• the United States of America (including its territories) and any U.S. person;
• any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine;
• any other jurisdiction where accessing or using the Services, or trading the instruments accessible through it, would be illegal or require licensing or registration we do not hold.

This list may be updated as laws and sanctions change. The absence of a jurisdiction from this list does not imply the Services are lawful there.

• any individual or entity organized, resident, or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• any person subject to sanctions administered by the U.S. OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other applicable authorities, or listed on any prohibited-persons list (e.g., the OFAC SDN list);
• any person owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, such sanctioned persons.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, false information, or any other method to disguise your location or identity in order to access the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction. We may use geo-blocking, address screening, and other controls, and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we believe a user is a Restricted Person.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If access is or becomes unlawful for you, you must stop using the Services. See also our Terms of Service.
